Calendar setup
Basic calendar setup is included where your package covers it. On the call we’ll check whether you need one calendar or several, staff routing, round-robin, multiple locations, payment before booking or custom scheduling workflows. Only complex setups create additional charges, and we agree them before payment.
Do I have to have a call?
No. If you’d rather keep it in writing, and we’ll reply by email.
When do I pay?
Not on the website. Once we’ve confirmed your requirements and the package, we send you an invoice or payment link showing the setup fee and monthly fee separately.
Can we speak in Arabic?
Yes. We work in English and Arabic.
