Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of services provided by Lavoro Technologies L.L.C-FZ, trading as ReviewBoost UAE ("we," "us," "our"), a company registered in the United Arab Emirates, to any business that engages us ("Client," "you"). By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

ReviewBoost UAE provides an automated review-request system that sends personalised SMS and/or email messages to a Client's customers, inviting them to leave a Google review. Optional services include a one-time Catch-Up Campaign for a Client's existing customer list, and additional add-ons (such as website design, AI chatbot, or AI receptionist services) which may be governed by supplementary terms agreed separately.

2. Fees & Payment

• A one-time onboarding fee of AED 1,500 is payable before setup begins.
• The managed monthly service is billed at AED 1,200/month, in advance, on a rolling monthly basis.
• The optional Catch-Up Campaign is a one-time fee based on the size of the Client's customer list: AED 1,000 (up to 100 customers), AED 1,500 (101–300), AED 2,250 (301–600), AED 3,000 (601–1,000), or a custom quote (1,000+), confirmed before work begins.
• Payment is collected securely online by card via our checkout provider (Stripe), or by invoice for custom-quoted Premium Services.
• The monthly service renews automatically each month by card until cancelled.
• The onboarding fee is non-refundable once setup work has commenced.
• Continued non-payment may result in suspension of service until the account is brought current.

3. Cancellation

The monthly service may be cancelled at any time with 30 days' written notice to support@reviewboostuae.com. Fees already paid for the current billing period are non-refundable, but no further charges will apply after the notice period ends.

4. No Guaranteed Results

Reviews are written independently by genuine customers of the Client. We do not guarantee any specific number of reviews, star rating, or business outcome. Results vary based on factors outside our control, including the Client's customer volume, industry, and existing online reputation.

5. Client Responsibilities

The Client is responsible for:

• Providing accurate, up-to-date customer contact information
• Ensuring it has a lawful basis and, where required, consent to share customer contact details with us for the purpose of sending review-request messages
• Ensuring its customer list excludes anyone who has opted out of marketing or promotional contact
• Complying with applicable UAE consumer protection and data protection laws in relation to its own customers

6. Genuine Review Policy

We solicit reviews only from genuine customers of the Client. We do not pay for reviews, do not filter or suppress negative feedback, and do not use fake accounts or incentives tied to leaving a positive review, in line with Google's review policies. Any Client request to engage in practices that violate Google's policies will be declined, and may result in immediate termination of service.

7. Intellectual Property

All systems, workflows, templates, and materials used to deliver our service remain the property of ReviewBoost UAE. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our underlying technology or methods to the Client.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReviewBoost UAE's liability for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the fees paid by the Client in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of business or reputational harm.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate service immediately if the Client breaches these Terms, including the Genuine Review Policy above, or fails to pay outstanding fees.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the courts of Dubai shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

11. Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
