Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of services provided by Lavoro Technologies L.L.C-FZ, trading as ReviewBoost UAE ("we," "us," "our"), a company registered in the United Arab Emirates, to any business that engages us ("Client," "you"). By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

ReviewBoost UAE provides the following services, as described on our website and in the Client's order or proposal:

• Reputation Growth — managed, permission-based Google review requests by SMS, email and, where suitable, WhatsApp; reminders; Google review monitoring and response management; Google Business Profile optimisation; review widgets and social-sharing automation; reputation reporting; a historic customer catch-up campaign; QR review assets and review-request workflow setup.
• Website Growth — a managed website of up to 10 standard pages with hosting, SSL, maintenance, basic technical and on-page SEO, lead capture and tracking setup, and up to 2 hours of routine edits per month under fair usage.
• Integrated Growth — Website Growth, Reputation Growth and Listings Management together.
• Listings Management — ongoing (monthly) or one-time setup, as ordered.
• Optional AI services — AI Website Chatbot, WhatsApp AI, AI Receptionist, the WhatsApp AI + AI Receptionist bundle and the Complete Growth System.

Services are delivered remotely. Custom development, ecommerce, advanced integrations, advanced scheduling and bespoke tools are quoted separately.

1A. AI Services: Phone Numbers & Usage

ReviewBoost provides the AI system, setup, management and agreed integrations for WhatsApp AI, AI Receptionist and related AI communication services. Unless specifically stated in the Client's proposal:

• a dedicated, compatible phone number is required and is not included in the monthly service fee;
• a UAE +971 number may require a separate UAE telecom contract, provider registration, business verification and additional carrier or provider charges, which are separate from the ReviewBoost subscription;
• UK +44, US +1 or AU +61 numbers may be available as an alternative where technically appropriate; an international number is not a UAE local number and the caller ID is the number selected;
• WhatsApp setup may require Meta Business verification, WhatsApp Business/API registration, provider setup and the Client's business documentation, and we do not promise that every existing mobile or landline number can be connected;
• call minutes, carrier and telephony fees, WhatsApp/Meta messaging fees, SMS charges and high-volume usage are not included and may be charged additionally.

ReviewBoost can assist with number setup; the number itself and any third-party contracts remain the Client's responsibility unless we agree otherwise in writing.

2. Fees & Payment

• Prices shown on the ReviewBoost website are standard package prices. Additional custom work, third-party usage or complex integrations are always agreed before payment. Fees are the prices shown on the ReviewBoost website for the Client's region on the date of order (in AED, GBP, AUD or USD), or the prices stated in a written proposal accepted by both parties. If they differ, the written proposal applies. The current website prices replace all earlier published prices, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
• Each plan has a monthly fee, billed in advance on a rolling monthly basis, and, where shown, a one-time setup fee payable before setup begins. The current fees are:

• Additional website pages beyond the 10 standard pages start from AED 297 (UAE), £59 (UK), A$117 (AU), US$79 (US) per page, depending on complexity. Advanced scheduling setup, custom development, ecommerce and bespoke tools are quoted separately.
• Prices may be subject to applicable taxes (such as VAT, GST or sales tax) where required by law. Where tax applies, it is shown or added at checkout or on the invoice.
• Phone numbers, telecom contracts, carrier and telephony charges, SMS charges, WhatsApp/Meta messaging fees, AI usage above fair-usage limits and third-party licences are not included unless the proposal says so (see section 1A).
• No service is set up or charged for until ReviewBoost has spoken or corresponded with the Client and the package, scope, setup requirements and any third-party costs have been confirmed. Payment is then requested through a payment link or invoice issued by ReviewBoost, with the setup fee and the recurring fee shown separately. The ReviewBoost website does not take payment for services.
• Monthly plans renew automatically each month until cancelled.
• The setup fee is non-refundable once setup work has commenced.
• Continued non-payment may result in suspension of service until the account is brought current.

3. Cancellation

The monthly service may be cancelled at any time with 30 days' written notice to [email protected]. Fees already paid for the current billing period are non-refundable, but no further charges will apply after the notice period ends.

4. No Guaranteed Results

Reviews are written independently by genuine customers of the Client. We do not guarantee any specific number of reviews, star rating, or business outcome. Results vary based on factors outside our control, including the Client's customer volume, industry, and existing online reputation.

5. Client Responsibilities

The Client is responsible for:

• Providing accurate, up-to-date customer contact information
• Ensuring it has a lawful basis and, where required, consent to share customer contact details with us for the purpose of sending review-request messages
• Ensuring its customer list excludes anyone who has opted out of marketing or promotional contact
• Complying with the consumer protection, data protection and messaging laws that apply to its own customers in its jurisdiction (for example UAE, UK, Australian or US rules), including having a lawful basis and any required consent to contact them

6. Genuine Review Policy

We solicit reviews only from genuine customers of the Client. We do not pay for reviews, do not filter or suppress negative feedback, and do not use fake accounts or incentives tied to leaving a positive review, in line with Google's review policies. Any Client request to engage in practices that violate Google's policies will be declined, and may result in immediate termination of service.

7. Intellectual Property

All systems, workflows, templates, and materials used to deliver our service remain the property of ReviewBoost UAE. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our underlying technology or methods to the Client.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReviewBoost UAE's liability for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the fees paid by the Client in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of business or reputational harm.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate service immediately if the Client breaches these Terms, including the Genuine Review Policy above, or fails to pay outstanding fees.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the courts of Dubai shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

11. Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are intended to accurately reflect our current service and pricing. As with any legal document, particularly one governing paid contracts, we recommend it be reviewed by a UAE-qualified legal advisor as the business scales.
