Lavoro Technologies L.L.C-FZ, trading as ReviewBoost UAE ("we," "us," "our"), a company registered in the United Arab Emirates, provides automated Google review request services to retailer and contractor businesses ("Clients") across Dubai and the United Arab Emirates. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and how it is protected — both from our Clients directly, and on their behalf from their customers.
1. Information We Collect
From our Clients: name, business name, email address, phone number, and any details submitted through our contact form or provided during onboarding.
On behalf of our Clients: to deliver the service, Clients provide us with contact details of their own customers — typically names, phone numbers, and/or email addresses — for the sole purpose of sending review-request messages.
2. How We Use Information
- To send personalised review-request messages (SMS and/or email) to a Client's customers on the Client's behalf
- To operate, maintain, and improve our service
- To communicate with Clients about their account, billing, and service updates
- To comply with legal obligations
Customer contact data provided by a Client is used solely to send review-request messages related to that Client's business. It is never used for any other marketing purpose, and never sold.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with the service providers necessary to operate ReviewBoost UAE — for example, our CRM/messaging platform (GoHighLevel) and email/SMS delivery providers — solely to deliver the service, under their own confidentiality and security obligations.
4. Data Retention & Deletion
Customer contact data is retained for as long as needed to deliver the review-request service to the relevant Client, and is deleted or anonymised within a reasonable period after a Client's account is closed, or sooner upon request.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have a lawful basis to share their customers' contact details with us for this purpose, and that those customers have not opted out of being contacted. See our Terms of Service for further detail.
6. Data Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse, consistent with the sensitivity of the data involved.
7. UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL)
We process personal data in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data. Data subjects have rights including access, correction, deletion, and objection to processing of their personal data. Requests can be directed to the contact below.
8. Cookies & Third-Party Content
This website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may involve minimal technical data (such as IP address) being processed by Google as part of delivering those fonts. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies beyond what is disclosed here and on our site.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "last updated" date above.
